A framework is a basic conceptual structure used to solve or address complex issues. A conceptual framework is used in research to outline possible courses of action or to present a preferred approach to an idea or thought. A conceptual framework is knowledge-based, articulated, shared, coherent, consistent with the groups mission, and continuously evaluated.
How it is Used:
- A "common language" for collaboration with all stakeholders in your supply chain.
- Provides context for what matters to be measured
- Obtain a snapshot of where you are, how are you doing, and where can you improve.
- Access intelligent information, formulate the right questions, and make intelligent decisions.
